You can exchange items purchased from our online store at our outlet or contact our customer service if you wish to send them by courier.
Under certain conditions, Limelight allows customers to exchange their purchased items. The exchange of item will be allowed if:
- The customer has submitted a request for exchange (via email, phone call, or SMS within 7 working days of receipt of the purchased item;
- The customer in his/her request for exchange has stated the reason(s) why he/she wishes to exchange the item;
- The item is in its original packing and the price tag is intact;
- The original invoice of the item he/she wishes to exchange is sent along with the item;
- The item does not emit any odours, perfume scents, stains or any other indication that it has been used.
It is not possible to exchange items purchased on sale. In the event of a sale, a regular-priced item will be exchanged for a sale-priced item.
Zahrabee reserves the right to accept or deny an exchange request at its sole discretion.
In the event that a request for exchange is accepted, our customer service department will notify the customer.
This exchange policy does not apply to orders to be shipped outside Dubai.
